welllll I have mine in my trunk built in a custom box that displays only the top of the ps2 so it looks preety cool the only thing is that when you want to change a game or movie you have to stop and open the trunk wich I dont do often the guy who made and designed the box is a total genouis he also incorporated a dvd or game holder in the bottom potion and lined the entire box with same collor material as my trunk its also easily removable just have too reroute the wires I'm thinking of putting it in the front under the glove box like that dude w/that max that has all the gucci stuff on his car wish I were more computer literate I have a camcorder that takes digital pics but I m such an idiot!!!!! I still dont know how too take pics and download them

I just checked and its a tight squeeze but it will fit under the drivers seat...

maximalnemisis - dont you have to go to your trunk all the time to hit the reset button when you start the ps2 up?

I got mine completely redone/rewired and fit the disc door and reset & open/close buttons all into a single din. Monitor on top, Alpine cd player underneath, ps2 on bottom

there seems to be a new model that appears on the test block for the dash mount single-din size...that would be sweet I think...

I saw it in EGM...

Thats fine and all but it will take way more money to replace the window(s) they break and the cd's + headunit they steal while they leave you ps2 behind. I have 3% tints all the way around (except windshield) nobody can see inside my car at all whatsoever so i'm not too worried about them stealing my ps2. That and i own a gun =) and park directly infront of my door. If i hear beeping, they'll be shooting soon to follow. I've already had to chase someone away once from trying to steal my car, luckily the factory alarm went off cause the guy was a total n00b.

It would be cool to modify the PS2 so that the 1st and 2nd controller plugs are hidden in the ash tray and the cd tray / cpu mounted in the glove box… would take a lot of work, but would be “hidden” enough where you’d have to be looking for it to find it.
