I want to do the trunk lid with several layers, the rear deck, and the 2 front door panels in full. How many sq. ft. of sound deadening material should I order to accomplish this?

And do you think I should cover the sides of the trunk, the bottom of the trunk floor, and wheel well, too?

Also...what does SPL stand for??? I keep on seeing that acronym but I have no idea what it means lol.

SQ is sound quality
SPL is how loud it gets, like in terms of decibels

SPL = sound pressure level (meaning volume or efficiency depending on how it is used)
