Installing stock CD player

Is it possible to replace the stock cassette deck w/ a stock CD player? Or add a stock CD player?

I'm planning on buying a used Maxima and some possible candidates don't have a CD player (a must have option in my book). I live in Chicago and have had my car broken into 4 times- so I don't want an aftermarket stereo. I've even had a face-off cd player taken with no face on it!

Thanks.

Doug
