Speaker replacement

I have 4 stock Bose speakers in my car, one is blown and I just figured since I got a system and all I get some speakers that give clear sound not bass but anyway I went to Tweeters to look at some speakers and he said if you take the stock ones out you would have to pre wire the amp?? He gave me all this BS about how if I install speakers by myself I will blow them in the matter of minutes because of he says each speaker has its own amp which I highly thinking is BS but I just wanna double check with you guys. Thanks

Mike

yes, each bose speaker does have it's own amp. it is attached to the magnet. when you remove speakers amp will come out with it.
