My Bose HU recently stopped working. It went through about a month where sometimes it would work fine, other times the LCD display would disappear (and the radio station would remain playing, but not changeable).

Now, pressing the power button yields a clicking sound from the right front door area--but nothing else happens--and now the power antenna does not even go up.

Can anyone suggest things to check?

 

I have a 99 bose unit if you want to buy it.

 

I'd say you are in luck. Now you can get something with better than average sound.
