adding amp to bose

i have a 99 max with bose, I know they make an adaptor so you can hook up rca cables, but they also make those hi-low conv. that you could install on rear speakers. those work similar or better to get the actual adaptor?

also where would be the best place to hook up the remote wire?

The AOEM-NIS2 will work better than the high-low converter because it plugs in prior to the amplifier. Therefore, you are not converting distorted signal.

When I used the line-level converter, I just tapped into the speaker wires that go from the amp to the cone. I just had to drop the amp down form the bottom of the speaker. There is three screw that hold it up. I used the remote wire for that amp to power the converter.
