CD changer options for bose HU in '98

CD changer options for bose HU in '98

my '98 bose cd player is almost dead. what are the options here? i was thinking of putting cd changer in, but i don't know which one....does it have to be oem? can i use the in-dash one?

yeah, i was looking at that one too. it's probably a ****ty cd changer, but i guess there is no other cheap way out.

thank's, i didn't know that have two different changers... and about the mounting in glove box, i heard u have to do some mods to it ??? and i can't mount it under the seat cause i got power seats.

oh, and how is it taking cd-rs? cause my bose cd player has hard time with them.

my changer plays cd-r's perfectly fine, and the back side of the glove box has to be cut out for the changer to fit, cut and measure everything and u should be fine
