how many feet of amp cable?

im going to be re routing my amp and want to buy some 2ga. cable. from the battery to the trunk, how many feet of cable is typically used for the max?

get at least 20-25 feet.....depends on where you will mount your amp(s)

I have 30 ft of 2 Guage (Monster power cable) for sale.. lol I never used it.. It looked to big, and I didnt feel like getting terminal connectors,s o i just got a 4 guage dual amp kit.

17 should be enough. 20 will be plenty.
