Help With Installation!!!

Okay, i'm trying to cut cost for the time being and I'm going to put in my stereo setup in 2k1 Max. For right now I'm going to keep the original headunit in the car. I'm getting MBQuart components, probably 61/2 in the rear, and 1 12" L7 kicker. It shall all be powered by a 5-channel Kicker amp(Kx700.5).
Now I ran across someones website on cardomain.com who posted pictures of how they removed the head-unit and OEM speakers from they're car and I can't remember who. I've tried some of the links that people have posted, but there isn't anything specifically on 5th gen Max. Can someone please direct me in the right direction with a link?

Hey, esc92! Here's a good link:http://carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalNisMax3.htm . Feel free to ask me if you run into any problems.

Thanks for the Link! Keep them coming! Also anyone know what's the exact size of our speakers?

6 1/2" to 6 3/4" speakers fit nicely in the front and 5 1/4" in the rear.

Finally got my car back from the shop...
There have been a few slight changes in what I was going to update on my stereo. I plan on still keeping the Kicker kx700.5 amp (5-channel), but I decided to get an aftermarket headunit(Alpine CDA-9807). I called up crutchfield and they said they have an adapter so i can still control the Alpine from the steering wheel controls. So now I'm still indecisive on interior speakers. I was checking out ebay and I found some nice prices on Focal speakers and Diamond Audio, but I see I can run with the Focals without denting my pockets too much. Yet, if I can't find the best deal than I will run with Infinity Kappas.

Now on the subwoofer side, i'm looking to either get one Kicker Solo-Baric L7 in a box or go with two. Since the amp i'm getting will only push out a so-called 200w for the sub, should I stick with one for the time being or go for two? And another question is that i already have some BS subs, powered by a 300w Audiobahn amp, from my previous vehicle. U think I can get more power out of the speakers that I already have if I connect that kicker to that audiobahn amp? Thanks in Advance for the advice.
