How to change rear speakers?

I wanted to chante my rear speakers, but I do not know how to get to them. I tried taking off the back seat, but could't.
Can someone tell me how to take those speakers out step-by-step?

Thanks a lot.

first two posts were two seperate threads asking the same question? smart stuff. You need to take off the pannels to the right and left of the rear window, they pry off (according to haynes manual, im gonna do this soon too) then just lift up the rear carpeting (there are snaps hooking it to the frame, you'll see them) change the speakers... done

*edit* to take out the rear seat, you need to reach under it, and pull the tab releases, and pull up the pading (the lower part u put ur butt on) that will expose bolts to the remove the upper half. fold down your arm rest, and you will see two bolts covered by little plastic covers...dont forget those two

on your 99? i do not believe they would fit... 6 1/2 in is the standard size for the maxima rear dash and doors (changes by year i know, but if his 99 is like my 98...its 6 1/2)
