...it didn't come with a face plate to cover the gaps on the side of the radio and pocket. I brought a universal Nissan install kit for 2k0-2k3 nissans. Did i get the wrong kit? I haven't installed anything yet , because i wanted to know, does the specific kit for our cars(Maxima 2k2-2k3) come with a the face plate? Also i heard that the GXE face plate for the Navigation would work with an after market deck upgrade, is this true?

Or does the standard radio that comes with the Maxima sit on face plate for support? Please help, i have 1 more week before my stereo arrives.
