Adding amp and sub to non-Bose deck

I know I should use a line level converter but is there an easier way then to tap the rear door speakers of a 2k1?

A line out converter is really the only way to do it. Other than tapping into the rear speakers you can get to them directly behind the radio but that would be much more work.
