I think most people will agree: don't get a five channel. Get separate amps for interior and subs. Easier to fiddle with later.

I also think most people will tell you JL makes good amps. But amps are really just brand preference. I like Alpine V12s. Others like RF. Still others will tell you Pheonix Gold...

no 5 chan will adaquately power 2 of those diamond subs, sorry. Other than the MA audio with the 46 EQ's that would probably not even fir in your trunk, and would cost as much as the rest of your system.

No 5 channel amp. What will you listen to if ( God forbid) it blows? Get a good setup of a 2 & 4 channel.www.crossfirecaraudio.com

I agree, if your budget can handle it, get two separate amps. One devoted to your subs, and the other to your interior speakers. I had a 5 channel amp in my original configuration, and the Eclipse 5th channel didnt have the oomph to power the sub.

Unless your going for all out power, a 5 channel amp will work fine. About 98% of my customers that buy the 5 channel amps have zero complaints and are content. It also eliminates the need for additional wiring, distribution block(s),etc as well as space. If you do intend of changing things in the future and looking for more power in the future then I would say do seperate amps. If you want to do it once and be done with it a 5 channel would be suitable for you.

Some to look at: Kicker KX700.5, Phoenix Gold 9.0:5, Eclipse PA5532, those are my most common and best sellers. Depending on your budget there are tons of others available. If ya want shoot me an email considering your in my area.

DJ Kontakt : The majority of the better 5 channel amps would be more than sufficent power for those subs. Ive done it manys times.....

depends on what kind of power you want. The brand I suggest is Crossfire.
