Help with VCD installation
I am testing out a product from one of my manufacturers. It is a mpeg card that should turn the stock Bose CD player to a VCD player.
I don't understand S Connector / RCA wiring, so I need some help deciphering how the wiring works.
There is only one cable for input, there is a S connector on one side and the other side has 9 wires coming out.. I'm not sure where to connect these to, to have the input from the Bose. There are also two wiring methods.
The first wiring diagram is:
1. Brown: Batt +12V (Power)
2. Green: RCA L IN (CD Signal Input)
3. Red: RCAG (Signal GND)
4. Blue: RCA R IN (CD Signal Input)
5. Orange: RF/EFM (RF Signal)
6. Gray: RCA R OUT (Signal Output)
7. Purple: REMO +5V (Start Power)
8. Yellow: RCA L OUT (Signal Power)
9. Black: GND (Negative Power)
There is also a diagram for a "Balance Type" :
1. Green: RCA L IN (CD Signal Input)
2. Blue: RCA R IN (CD Signal Input)
3. Red: RCAG (Signal GND)
4. Black: GND (Negative Power)
5. Gray: RCA R OUT (Signal Output)
6. Yellow: RCA L OUT (Signal Power)
The only other connection is a single RCA video output.
I appreciate any help.
