Viper 791XV or 690XV?? what should i get?

Viper 791XV or 690XV?? what should i get?

i talked to Don, i am deciding which one to get.

is the only difference between the two is having a remote starter??
how do you guys like your 791XV or 690XV??

i have the 690xv...installed by Don...yes only difference is the remote start....saved the money because I have a 6speed- starter is possible on manual tranny- yet I chose to go the safe route- dont need unexpected future problems with the ignition or wear on my emergency brake(since you need to leave in neutral) and my vehicle is garaged....it is a personal preference though...others are happy with their starters

BTW it is a great alarm! I got the proximity sensors
with it....only BS is trhat the responder remote eats a AAA monthly...

I went with 690XV, no remote start either since I like to park in gear sometimes.

If you're auto you'll love the 5 speed. If you're 5-speed, I don't think Don will install the remote start
