I've checked the guides on www.carstereohelp.com and www.installdr.com, but neither of them seem to help me with this problem, so naturally, I turn to the real experts . As silly as it sounds, I'm having trouble removing the ashtray so that I can get the head unit out. I've removed the screw holding it in place, but it still won't come out. Does anyone have any tips, or better references than those two sites? Thanks for any help you can give.

 

Ok the problem your having is with the clip on the right (passenger side) of the ashtray. If you pull it towards the left and out it should pop out.

 

I've been trying that, without any success. It feels like the tray is stuck in in the lower right hand corner, probably by this clip, but I just can't seem to get it out. I'll keep trying though, heh.
