Is factory Bose compatible w/ bazooka amplified tubes or basslink?

4th gen w/ Bose:
Can I add a bazooka tube or basslink using the high-level inputs on the amplified subwoofers, or do I need to use an adapter and run RCAs?

It is compatible. My friend has that setup. I don't know how they hooked it up but I know it works.
