Antenna replacement. Is this what i need?

The motor works when i turn on the FM/AM, but there is no antenna. It is how I bought the vehicle. Is that all I need to fix it.

Its probably that either the previous owner got sick of the mast always stuck up so he unscrewed it or else the connector that connects the motor to the mast gear is busted, i would just buy a whole new mechanism for 30 bucks or go to a junkyard and get one for 5
