Power wiring problem

I was installing a new HU to my 5th gen when I realized that the 12v always on wire was dead. The ignition toggled wire is fine, however. I am completely new to car modding and I have no idea how to dignose this power problem. Can anyone help me trace the wire backwards and help me figure out which fuse it corresponds to.

I didn't see a fuse labeled "radio" inside the car or underneath the hood, do you know where that fuse is? I assume this particular fuse is of type "bat" not "ign" nor "acc", correct?

it should be in the fuse box under the steering wheel.
