Help with Stereo

wut up people need some advise need to find a good headunit and speakers for gront and read. not looking for a sub at the moment. i only got maybe $200 to spend. Nedd a headunit with MP3 capability and speakers which and give some good sound and bass anone out there got any suggestions

I really doubt you'll find all that for 200...or at least anything of quality. If you want to look at my thread about 5 posts down, slick rick gave a lot of good info.

$200 won't be enough for a MP3/CD headunit and some speakers. A decent headunit alone will be over $200.

id look to spend $200 on a h/u and $200 for all the speakers. do it right the 1st time, trust me. if you throw some decent components in and even run them off a $200 h/u you will sound alot better than alot of people out there who dont know much about car audio.

I'm not sure about MP3's but Pioneer makes decent head units for the price.

Aight slickrick, i think i will go with what u said. now what are some good makes for a decent H/U that has MP3. and what about speaker. not looking for a sub. any suggestions?

well go on sounddomain.com and check out some h/u from pionner,alpine, panasonic even. i recommend these bbecause i have either owned or had experience with. if you want components id look into cdt at thezeb.com. jl's are nice, focals. all depends on a price range. but put you h/u in 1st with the $200 you have.
