CD Changers for the Bose System

I have the stock BOSE system without the cd changer...I have a 10 disc changer from my old sony deck...Does anyone know if I can just plug it into the back of my radio....Seems too easy...or if someone could just post a pic of the back of their bose deck so I cuold see the port that I would plug my changer in it...Thanks
