Actually I'll do this the easier way. The Memphis M-Class has 2 diff model #'s for each size of sub. For the 12" there's 15-MC124 and 15-MC124D. The easiest way to tell the difference is by looking at the surround. The 15-MC124 has the standard one hump. The 15-MC124D has a wave style.

I tried looking up on the website, www.memphiscaraudio.com but they show the same sub for both model #'s. Had to call up my buddies at Mobile FX to find out the difference in them.

Actually an easier way to tell between the 124 and 124D is that the 124D is a DVC. That should be a giveaway as the sub pictured looks to be a SVC...

Memphis has changed their website so much within the past 6 months, i don't know what is what right now. You should read the details for the subs sometimes. They both say the same thing. The only difference between the 2, is the 124D has a sensitivity of 88db, and the 124 is 87db. Oh well, atleast the question got answered.
