First amprack almost done....some pics...

1 of 2 ampracks done. we finally test mounted it last nite (friendhasmax and I) and made some adjustments so that it could fit just right. once he decides to get off his *** and put the edges of the carpet more permanent, then it'll be permanently mounted. pics look a bit odd, but you can't do much at nite. the layout consists of....

Diamond Audio D5600.2 Amp
mdf enclosure
brushed aluminum wrapped all over the inside
1/4" plexi as a cover
4 white 10k led's mounted above to shine down
stinger SF3n 12v fan mounted for some breathing
carpetting all over the rest of the rack.

P.S.- if you respond, please remove image links so as to not take up space in the thread.

I really like the LED's. I just might steal that idea. If you don't mind. Don't forget to post the finished product in the,"show us what's in your trunk thread". I can't wait to see it.

lol, I swear I've been waiting to see PoLo's setup for like a year now. I remember when I ported my rear deck... which was probably 1.5 years ago. PoLo had those subs and was working on an enclosure. Well I'm pretty sure that was a different box and all, but the one now looks sweet.

It must have been the new tweeter I dropped off at his house last weekend. That must have given him initiative to get it done.

LOL that sounds familiar...I swear I haven't had a stereo in my car for a month now and it is absolute torture. I refuse to put in some temoprary setup just to keep me motivated.

Post pics if and when you guys ever finish!
