i got problems as soon as i turn my key on to acc i get this faint beeping out of my pioneer tweeters in the front it becomes a continuose beep when the car is moving it does it even when the power to the amp is disconected and the rcas are pulled out and my hu is turned off. i also have a whining sound but figure that is due to a need to upgrade my rca's as it stops when rca's are pulled out and only happens when everything is conected and switched on can someone please help me

they are the tsc series pioneer splits that are the problem
