I just did my sub and amp install this weekend. Do you have a stock HU or aftermarket. If stock, then you will need a line out converter. I can't give you much info on that because i bought a new HU. But basically you will need to run a power wire from the battery to wherever you want to install the amp, and run rca and remote turnon cables from the head unit to the amp also. And then you gotta hook up all the wiring to the amp, and amp to the sub. And that's basically it. The hardest part is probably running the wires.

I've done plenty systems in my cars its simple, you can't run rca from the bose "obviously" so get a RCA kit (line out kit) from your nearest shop, that hooks up simply with the existing oem wire from the bose. do the power wires to the back and that hook up to the amp and should be it.

*****note that theres a turn on wire that need to be installed other wize the amp will stay on all the time or wont turn on at all. to find this wire is a wire on a swich it turns on when the car is on. this wire also goes to the radio find it splice it with 12, 14 gauge wire run that to the back with the 8,4, gauge wire to the amp.******

Yes you can run line outs directly from the Bose.
