yea i just got a 2nd amp and i dont feel like running more wires and **** from the bat. my friend gave me this distribution block that can hold 2 fuses and has 2 outputs. now would this cause more resistance and less powerflow for my main subwoofer amp? the second amp is for my comps.

 

its fine. just make sure it holds the right size wire. i just bought my RF fused distro block... $26.

 

0ga to the block and 4ga to the amps. Pretty nice. Mounted in the trunk.

 

but mines looks funny. it has one 4awg to the block, 2 4awgs out the block, but it has a fuse holder on each side. so does this mean i dont need a fuse near the batt?

 

no keep that fuse there. a fused distro block is extra protection.

 

o so it will still work with only one fuse? because it has 2 fuse holders and there is only one fuse in it. and i want to power 2 amps, but i already have an inline fuse at the batt. so basically i dont need a 2nd fuse?

 

im not sure ill let you know in a week. but id ge ta fuse for it anyway. get it according to the max amps your amp puts out.

 

alrite cool ill just use it with the one fuse for now
