Satellite tuner owners...

I got an XM tuner for x-mas. for those that have these, where did you install the tuner? I was thinking about wiring it to the console storage compartment...And did you hard wire it? If so, how???

And what about the antenna? how did you install yours and did it matter if you went to the front of the roof or the rear of the roof? I'm kinda leary about putting that thing on my car, but I guess there's no alternative....

Thanks for any information, and let's not turn this thread into a "Sirius Vs. XM" whipping. That's been done enough...

I got a sirius tuner for Christmas... and have the same question about the antenna.. can I just put the indoor antenna in the back window or will it seriously affect the signal? I don't know how I'm going to get the wire through my 10yr old window seal without hurting something...(me included)

I'm going to be getting one...haven't yet, but I know about it because I had to order it for my internet challenged father . I'm going to try it inside, but if that doesn't work out I think it would work to just run it into the trunk and then out the gap at the back (or is that the front...back of the trunk, front of the car) and just let the weather stripping conform around the wire.
