Alpine (CDE-7875 & CDE-9825) Radio Install problem. Deck won't turn on.

So i ordered this CDE-7875 off of ebay and went out to circuit city to get a wiring harness for it. I matched up all the wiring and tied them together.

Plugged the unit in and nothing turns on. Deck does not light up.

So I went out to circuit city and bought a CDE-9825 unit open box. It didn't come with the wiring assembly in the back. So i looked at the wire connector in the back of the deck from the 7875 and both are the same. So i plugged that into the 9825 and no power either.

Both units not powering on. Checked wires and they all seem connected. Checked fuses, nothing blown.

Has anyone else had problem hooking up an Alphine Radio? I read somewhere on the net that I might need to re-ground the deck (maybe b/c it requires more groundage with stronger amp??)

Bad harness? bad decks? mis-wiring? not enough ground?

Make sure the antenna and its adapter are securely connected. If not, the unit won't properly grounded and won't turn on.
