Acutally it's like a hi-lo converter but better you don't have to splice wires it's plug and play.
It's for hooking up an aftermarket amplifer to stock head unit.
I didn't hook it up yet. Other's say it works. I paid $58.00 shipped.

Mine just came in today, i paid 48 shipped anyways i'm gonna install tomorrow if it's not to cold. From what i understood just unplug cables from your stock radio then plug the converter into the the radio then the orig wires into the conv. I guess you can't go wrong, they only go in oneway. I'll take pics if i do it tomorrow. I'm gonna try do it from the glove box, i was talking to this guy from cardomain. He said he went in thru the glove box, he said once he removed it, all the radio wires were right there. He also said there is a groumet there that he used to run his amp power wire.
