Alternator WHine still there

For those hwo dont know me i have a kicker amp powering my internal speakers Alpine type s (Comp in front COax in back) and a JBl 600.1 powering my 2 12 in shivas.

Long story short i got alternator whine i checked every possible wire and im still getting it. I changed grounds and what not . However now my sound is fading in and out on the interior speakers. The subs still bump but no sound or whine from interior speakers. THen after a while it will come back or if i tinker with the RCA cable going into the kicker amp it will come back.

I also tried a alternator filter and that did not help. ANy suggestions ?

Have you tried replacing the RCA cable?

If the sound is intermittent when you tinker with the RCA inputs on the Kicker amp and you're sure it's not the cable...

EDIT: Another hint... And if the sound is intermittent on all your speakers that are running off the Kicker amp and you're sure it's not the cable...

(the answer should be quite obvious)

Don't do that. I tried the PAC isolator and the radio shack. They actually induce noise themselves if not positioned correctly. Also, it cuts out mid-bass. That is not speculation either. I tried them.

If you mean the alternator itself is whining, your alternator is dying. Probably won't last long. But if you're just getting a whine through your speakers, never mind. Just thought I'd post in case.

That's the conclusion I was trying to get him to find on his own.

Did you not post a long time ago that if you played around with the RCAs going into the amp the noise would come back? And if you tried a few different RCA cords and ruled them out then what else could it be? If everything you've told us is true, it has to be the RCA inputs on the amp. How can we convince you of this?
