I'm looking to get an L-5, an L-7 is more power than I want to deal with anymore. What kind of enclosure are you putting that big-a$$ L-7 in? You weren't tempted to get the Solo-X???

I know it's gonna sound bada$$ once you're done. Good luck with it! I'd suggest the HiFonics amps too. Did you get the 4-Ohm DVC model or the 2-Ohm DVC? You'll be happy with HiFonics amps. I've had a couple in the past and absolutely loved them (one got stolen, and I sold the other to a friend).

RF amps back then were very under rated, not sure about now though. if you want raw power for relatively cheap price, look into hifonics.
