http://www.adireaudio.com/Mobile/index.htm

I'll leave my opinions out on a few things regarding pricing, materials, etc until other people respond.

edit: 5,300 post.

Hmmm... I don't know any of the old specs... guess I'll just comment on materials. Thick treated paper... at least it's thick. I still like something a little stronger. Ehh, but they must last awhile if you guys keep getting them.

Btw... at this route, this will be a 1000+ posts thread only

there is a link on there somewhere about the old drivers...the paper cones are strong enough and some people claim give the most "natural" sound.

Natural... I've done that little comparison already. The memphis M-Class sounds just like PR series. M-Class has the plastic cone, PR has the treated paper.

But of course, the material of the cone doesn't do any good if the surround is cheap.

edit: Yeah I saw the link for the old drivers. Plus, it's even funnier people talking about natural when they have the subs stuffed in a trunk

Ehhhh...might have been too much, I listen to classical, jazz, and death/black/heavy metal primarily.

nah, the brahma was designed with SQ in mind, and it's very accurate in with a sealed enclosure. it would keep up with almost anything you throw at it.
