"whine in speaker"

Im nbot sure where it came from but i guess i have the alternator whine when i hit the gas pedal i can hear it, i even have ground loop isolators on every set of rcas.and it still does it. NOt sure what the problem is i have an optima red top, 0 gauge battery ground, cut off positive factory harness and plugge them into a new battery terminal. I have 2 amps (alpine mrv f340).If i unplug my phoenix gold xenon 1200.1 it doesnt do it. but once i have it powered up its doing it agian. I have 0 gauge all around with 2 caps. Ive checked the rcas. Any other suggestions ?

Reground the amps and caps, making sure you ground them to bare metal/a good chassis ground.

Start with regrounding the system and cleaning the mount point of the negative ground from the battery. If you have an external 12v source, run the HU from that source with the engine running to see if the engine noise goes away. If it does, reground the HU to see if that resolves the problem.
