rear and back speakers

hey what are the best speakers to get for the front and rear speakers. i listen to mostly hip hop and r&b and some rock but very minimal. what would sound the most clear and give off a pretty decent amount of bass and how much would it run. just tryin to set up my system and get some feedback thanks

my fav speakers for bass response would be infinity kappa perfects. Get components for the fronts and coaxials in the back. They are reasonably cheap maybe like 200$ per set. They give off excellent bass response and clarity. Otherwise its all about preference. Theres so many good brands to compete with. Jl audio, Mb quartz, Rainbow, Arc Audio, Oz Audio, Eclipse,infinity... These are just some of the speakers the list goes on and on its all about user preference.

Not sure if the 05 maximas are 6.5 speakers all around but theirs an idea of what to look for.

I think your confused. Infinity = loud tweeters, not loud bass.

+1 on components in front and coax in back, but its way too broad a question for me to answer.

best bet is to go and audition those speakers yourself...and see which sounds good to you.

The best you can get here is other peoples opinons. The term best is way to subjective to actually have a 'correct' answer.

Go out to some shops and demo different things with Your ears, also check to see other members on here that may be local to you willing to give you a listen to what they have.

think about how much you want to spend first. then go and listen to the speaker that is in your price range and pick the "best" sounding for you.

Comps in front = good
Comps in back = bad

IMHO, the FRONT soundstage should be where the bank goes...rear-fill is just that...FILL.

The kappas have some mad harsh tweets, look into some other brands such as Rainbow, DLS, CDT, etc...for your comps.

You can buy some really good Sony Xplods which look kinda funky. They start very cheap at like 50 bucks. I personally like Alpine speakers. Sorta depends what your budget is.
