is it possible to hook up a Rio MP3 player to a Bose

sorry guys just dont have the $ to get a new system. i have a 97 max with the factory Bose system. i dont have a multi cd sys but there is a plug in for it since it says it on the head unit. i was thinking 0f trying to hook it up threw there. has it been done and if so what will i need. much thx to those who answer with respect and to those without it !!!!! LOL

Im not sure if it has a plug but you could get a FM Modulator and use that for RCA's and then get a Mini to RCA plug. It will work but the SQ will suffer.
