car reciever question

has any1 ever heard of a deck that needs a key for it to work if u disconnect the deck in anyway? like the key would be some sort of cd that u program into it?

Eclipse decks have ESN which is exactly that if the power is disconnected.

thanx for the help unrealii, i wasnt sure if it was eclipse or not but i was like 80% but i wanted that 100% to be sure
