those with kenwood 911dvd

does anyone know what buttons you havr to press to " force a jammed cd out of the unit? i know theres a way, cant find my manual

i have that unit, the cd got stuck? that happened to me once, i just unplug and replug it back in and it came out. sure it came out a lil bit and i used a tweezer to pull the rest out, but it worked..
