Your question is very vague, what do you want to know about them?

Not worth it. Buy Xtravision Sylvania bulb at local store better.

only thing i have to say is to be careful with the rated wattage. stock bulbs uses 45/65 (low and high beam, respectively). many of these blue headlights on ebay uses much higher wattage than stock...in turn you're risking on burning the stock wiring harness. right now i'm running a pair of sylvania silverstars, that uses stock wattage, and am quite pleased with them. i've been using them for about 4 years now.

Nokya brand seems pretty good. Either way if these things get dirt or oil (from your hand) on them they blow quick. They put out more light than regular halogens, make sure you buy from a reputable seller; I've gotten ripped off with literal regular halogens painted blue before. The 9004 set I had before I converted to hid are still good and got them about 2 1/2 years ago; I've never had the h3 for fog lights stay good for more than a month.

False, maxiumum lumen output is achieved through a NON-filtered bulb... i.e. any "xenon" white or blue colored bulbs.

Silverstars are good can't beat them for 20 bucks each. As with any halogen bulb, don't touch them with your fingers or the oil from your fingers will shorten the bulb life.

the PIAA GTX light output is fairly good but if your looking for the white- bluish look. The GTX is whiter than stock but still on the yellowish light. I had the PIAA GTX. I liked the PIAA extreme whites better if your going for PIAA.

Nothing really beats true HID lighting. only my 2 cent

PIAA's look blue when you're really close to a wall, then just look superwhite from far away. If you don't go HID, then this is one of the better bulbs. I still think regular bulbs light up better in the rain though.
