My < $200 Arc Audio Setup. Is it good?

Looking for new speakers. I dont want to blow my stock speakers with my aftermarket unit. My friend who installed my headunit said usually the stock speakers are paper-like material and my headunit is the Pioneer DEH-P9400MP which runs 50x4. I dont want to blow anything period. So i came up with this.....

I found these arc audio speakers on https://www.cbrstereo.com.

Fronts:
Arc Audio KAR 265 Components - $109

Rears:
Arc Audio KAR 6022 - $59

Shipping was 23 bucks via ups ground.

Pretty good for a speaker set under 200 bucks?

cbr stereo is non-authorized for arc....they aren't any more expensive through authorized sources, why give up a 1yr or even 3yr warranty?

I think for HU power it should be quite nice, and price is great too. Comps are 50rms, coaxes 35rms.... I actually saw Conrad283's install when he had them put in and it sounded nice, although he had a 50rms x4 amp on them. I had the coaxes in my rear doors once upon a time. For the price, they perform really well. You should be content on the upgrade. Just know if you amp them they'll really shine.

Any questions feel free to pm me.

I actually had the Kar comps/coaxes set aside for the wife's pathfinder...she put a stop on that project reaaaallly quick because we were focusing on other $$ related issues. So i had to sell'm, but being so cheap I can pick'm up anytime after I start stockpiling a few more things (5ch amp, HU) hehe..
