They were O.K..

I ordered my rockford fosgate speakers and crossover through them. The whole process went smooth to begin with, but I was misinformed about the availability of the crossover. Apparently it was backordered when I was first told that it was in stock... but they were nice enough to call me personally and also email me to try to correct it. And they also shipped the items next day when the crossover came in stock. I would recommend you giving them a call before you order to find out if the product you are looking for is in stock.

Hope that helped.

Take caution

I don't favor them to much. I am in the process of dealin' with them right now over a defective amp. They won't exchange and won't allow me to return the amp. Straight BS.

I too had heard good things about them but I will never buy from them again. In fact, this is the worst internet company I have dealt with to date.

I have ordered both of my infinity kappa speakers from them. I had no problem at all. They came quite quickly. Great prices also.

Problems always occur with the more unscrupulous places that have bad return policies or don't honor their return policies.

Just a side not Re. these guys. Don't buy the Nakamichi NRS components they are selling. These speakers are not made by Nakamichi and are in fact counterfeit drivers with Nakamichi stickers and copycat packaging that are built in the US. The true Nakamichi components are all made in Europe by Vifa....

No problem, I just like to keep people informed. I received this information directly from a contact at Nakamichi....
