Aftermarket head unit/factory amp

2000 Maxima Bose stereo system. Currently all stock w/ factory sub and amp. Two questions are with atfermarket harness 1.) Will wiring the 4 aftermarket head unit outputs (40W x 4 chanels) to the 4 (FR,FL,RR,RL) factory amp inputs burn up the factory amp? and 2.)Will subwoofer work correctly (Correct amp, power level)? How will the harness be installed into sub Wire # 12 on the head unit? (Diagram page two of cardomain site)
I'm not very good at attention to detail when it comes to fabrication, so I would like to keep my other controls where they are. That's why I'm trying to steer away from the LCD screen in place of the deck with a different head unit where the heater controls are idea.
Here is the deck I'm looking at. I'm new to the forum (1 week old) and beleive I would be the only one with this setup. Anywa'ys here is the link below. Also a wiring diagram off of Alldata is on page two of my cardomain webpage. There is a link to it below. Just taking ideas as to what everyone here thought?
Also for power to the xboxI would probably slice into my cigarette lighter and hide the power converter in the spare tire area of my trunk. All thoughts are welcome, look forward to them. Thanks again. - Also feel free to poll on my cardomain site, tint will be installed next week.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2195944 - Page 2 has the wiring diagram to the amp/speakers. Thanks again

i was wondering the same thing. since the bose radios are externally amped and aftermarket is internally how should it be wired up? im guessing bypass the bose amp and run new wire all the way to the speakers?
