Commando remote start....good/bad?

Just got a Commando EZ-2500 remote start w/keyless entry for X-mas.

Any input good/bad on this product?

I plan on just using the remote start feature of the system and use the factory alarm (dont really use it as an alarm, just a keyless entry)
Any problem not hooking up the wires for the other features except the remote start?

Thanks in advance!

Probably easier to use the aftermarket for keyless and remote start, less things to carry around.

Correcto, not to mention the fact that factory keyfobs lose range over time.

Wow, you threw out a $60 item just like that? You have a lot of $$$

Seriously though, after playing with it, what was the reason you "threw it out"?

Didnt cost me a dime. Its funny how much stuff manufacturers will give to you when they want you to try a product.

Build quality,lack of options,onboard relays,etc..
