Newb HU replacement

I have an 02 non bose setup with a kicker amp and two "12. I just bought a kenwood hu with two "6 1/2s and set it up last night, I got the HU to work with amp but for some reason I can get the front speakers to work, is there a stock amp I should know about and where can I find it. I was thinking of just running new wire as my last resort.

Run new wire either way.

If you have non-bose the only amp you have (had) was in the factory HU.

No need to delete the post. Once people read it and found out you solved your problem, they will most likely not post anymore responses.
