I have a Soundstream 405 amp that I love, I've had it 4 years and had no trouble with it. Not sure about the amps they are currently making though.

I liked the soundstream that I had. It powered my front speakers pretty well. How much are you spending on the amps? I would consider the price point before anything else. Really they are decent amps, the older ones were spectacular, but now they are just decent. A notch above the Profile's, Power Acoustik's, Ma Audio's etc. They are very good for budget amps IMO.
