this is what i have in my trunk:

but for hu, i have a pioneer deh-6600
idont have any pics of it, but never got anything stolen, nothing yet lol...
but i do live in (INDIANA) so not a lot of ppl do that hear, besides the college students....
but as longest you keep ur volume down, when your going through a big crowd, that way you wont keep their attention, and they'll come after u sometimes (steal your system, or something else)
good luck on a decision

bose HU, seems stock until the bass comes on, also not very likely to get stolen since it would be a PITA to get it out of there.

Well you have it mounted like a free-air sub.

Your amp is going to die an early death, you can mount it to your speaker deck but mount it the rightway up on metal strap brackets. You're not getting sufficient cooling! My best friend owns a two stereo shops and has seen this lots before, just giving you a heads up!

i don't care for making anything look OEM...but if i were to go IB i'd use an IDv3 or something along those lines...or even an RL-I 8" (since i'm such an SS groupie..)

powered by this beast http://img9.imageshack.us/my.php?image=sv3002797ix.jpg

thinkin about either going sealed or just using one of the subs and building a new ported box for that...my ears have definitely taken enough of a beating...

no pics of mids or my speak amp...just CDT EF's powered by an eclipse EA4000...

no pics of my h/u either but no one wants to see one unless its got an LCD right??

Hooper, could you do a writeup of how you installed and wired your setup in back? I'm really interested in upgrading that sub in back but didn't know it was possible with the stock bose head.

Its JDM, its rare(i like rare things), its highend...it has a tube in the signal path- just outright sounds awesome and a great conversation piece as well

I was sick of having a pocket, and really not into nav or dvd. I just made sense for the center piece of a comp car as it intrigued me for a few years already.

I just need to get a custom piece cut for the dash kit to clean up the gap.

I had the same gap issue with AVN. The Sosche kit seemed to solve it

Here is the stitty part but Im sure you can handle it.

I too sold my GXE kit, it made about 1/2" gap at the top.

The new version of the maxima sosche kits (i got on ebay) comes with a built in pocket...I have to dremel it off (not that hard).

Color match is 110% and fitment is amazing. Check ebay
