According to everything posted over at ICIX, ED has brought their driver building in-house. Those ID drivers my be left-over Ov.2's (with a different dust-cap and correct T/S parameters) or they may be different drivers all together. I'm guessing the latter. They probably had a bunch of parts laying around and ID decided not to let them go to waste. The dual 4 ohm version looks better to me since it has a stronger motor structure.

Those actually look pretty nice with black duscap/white cone...but a 90 day warranty isn't so great considering price and that they are coming from the manufacturer itself. Makes IDv3's more lucrative.

Well ive heard great things about the PRODUCTS (Excluding e dead) Even from the haters....its the customer service that everyone is pissed off about, thats the way i see it. Yes Rick ive read those threads Again, it seems to be the same thing, DELAYS. The problems with their products seem non-existent with the new line of products...I heard Ben is an *** though...lmao

mendon,
if you can go with old school power bro
soundstream rubicon 10.0 would be perfect for that one. Skip that class d mess and get you some a/b power in there. Old school fosgate 500m would be a good one. Even An old zeus. WOOHOO. Zapco studio 500 anyone? How about a nice new shiny Orion 2150 or even the PPI 2350 or an art series?
And on the elemental thing. I like the fact that I can get the deadening by the foot. The cheapest is peel and seal as Ive discovered recently, but I used some of the 1.60 and it did a decent job. The edead worked alright, but that damn fifteen did knock some chunks off of the trunklid. FTMFL.

eDead = peel n seal. i learned that the hard way. My a series sub from them was great, but thats cuz tc sounds made it
I don't think the subs are a problem with them anymore. the comps are made by cd tech so they are good. the amps, i wouldnt go with the amps.
