XM Finally for Eclipse !!
Just thought I would share. Just got done with XM training (and won a free Airware ) and was advised Terk will be producing the XM Direct units for Eclipse within the next 30-45 days. Made me happy enough to dump my Sirius soon....

The only thing "better" about Sirius is the playlist, which is subjective to each persons taste. Reception...XM owns Sirius.

meh...if you live in or near a semi-major city and don't drive to waythehelloutinthemiddleofnowheres-ville on a regular basis then sirius > xm. but nice to know that eclipse is trying to keep up with the times. congrats on the airware win don!

The Airware is nice. I got a free one around Christmas from XM. Don't expect great sound quality from it though. The Skyfi2 still owns that. My XM rep has been telling me about this move for some time now. The only thing that I don't like is that Terk's adapters will only give you partial control of XM. You won't find station logos and song/game alerts like you have with the Sirius controller. All because the adapter is coming from an XM third party company. At least Terk's new adapters for 2006 will allow you to keep a CD changer control after connecting the adapter. I'll wait until Delphi makes an XM reciever for the Eclipse before I make that jump. I still have my Airware.

I have the Airware as well for free, with lifetime subscription, although I hardly use it I havent found any problems.
Ill try out the terk, due to the fact that so far their direct connect units have worked fine.
