Anyone here do Autocad design of their install?

I Just designed a box in autocad for a woofer.

My question to you guys is...
anyone have the maxima trunk in autocad? That would be so nice to visualize and fit everything pre-hand and see any possible fitment issues you might run into.

Or does anyone have at least measurements of all different dimensions of the trunk?
I am referring to 5th gen btw.

Thanks.

If none of you have the autocad schematic..

how about the measurements... I know you'll say to go out and measure my self...
but if it has already been done.. you could save me some time
Thanks again.

I don't have an AutoCAD schematic or dimensions, but on a related note, I did design my box in ProEngineer. It really wasn't necessary, but I figured why not let the program figure out the dimensions for me. I can see where AutoCAD might be good for laying out the trunk though.

Yeah, I designed my box in autocad also.
Made it quite nice, a flush install

So if anyone here has at least a normal picture of the car, with the measurements.. I would not mind making the trunk in autocad.

Also, after this is done... it needs to be stickied!

pro/e trunk

I would be down for making a trunk modeled in Pro Engineer Wildfire. All 3d solid modeling ****. Would be useful with dimensions for any install. Maybe we could compare notes

Yeah, that would be awesome..

you could import/export in between the two programs right?

You get any measurements yet?
