I am interested in installing a remote cd changer (trunk or underseat mount) that is compatible with the BOSE HU. Can someone tell me if either of the following Nissan OEM units would work? Before I buy a used one, I wanted to check if these new ones would work.

1) Made by Alpine: product number LE709 (says it is compatible with 99-03 Nissan and 99-01 Infiniti)

2) Made by Clarion: product number PN-2144U-C (Nissan product number B8183-C9961PR) Seller says this works with both BOSE and non-BOSE HUs for 95-01 Nissans and Infinitis.
