first we taped off the whole glass and then we got a JL AUDIO LOGO blown up and we held a light up to the bottom with the piece of paper to get a nice picture of it and we traced it with a razor blade, and then after everything was etched in we took sand paper and went on the inside of the letters with it so it gave it the frosty look.

That is very nice man. Good job. My question is those large "JL" letters. Did you outline etch those, or did you have those cut out? Who cut it, and if you did how? Thanks man.

yea we outlined the big JL letters with a razor, then drilled 3 holes in the plexi so we can fit the jigsaw blade in there. The trick to cutting plexi is using a VERY FINE METAL BLADE. It was cut by me and my buddy jay
